Butter Chicken Pasta
I wanted to make something I’ve never made before and you guys voted for the B U T T E R C H I C K E N pasta // I’ve always loved this dish so I decided to add pasta to it and it turned out so good!
INGREDIENTS for marinade:
⁃ 1.5 pounds chicken thigh cut into bite sizes
⁃ 1/2 cup yogurt (make sure to not get Greek yogurt because it’s a little more sour)
⁃ 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
⁃ 3 cloves crushed garlic
⁃ 1 tablespoon finely chopped ginger
⁃ 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
⁃ 1 teaspoon cumin
⁃ 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
INGREDIENTS for curry:
⁃ 4 tablespoons butter
⁃ 1.5 cup heavy whipping cream
⁃ 1 cup tomato purée
⁃ 1 tablespoon sugar
⁃ 1 salt for flavor
INGREDIENTS to serve with:
⁃ 1 pound any pasta of your choice
⁃ Cilantro minced
⁃ Red onion sliced thinly
⁃ Jalapeño sliced
INSTRUCTIONS for marinade:
1. Combine chicken and all marinade ingredients.
2. Mix well and put in fridge for minimum 1 hour (the longer the more flavor).
INSTRUCTIONS for curry:
1. Add butter to medium pan and let melt.
2. Once butter is melted add the marinaded chicken.
3. Cool chicken 2-3 minutes on each side or until chicken is fully cooked.
4. Add tomato purée, cream, sugar, salt and mix in well.
5. Turn heat to simmer and cover chicken for 20 minutes.

2. Top pasta with butter chicken, cilantro, red onion, jalapeños and enjoy!
