Jalapeno Poppers

This is an easy tasty appetizer to make for a gathering or just to have as a snack! I have been making these poppers for such a long time and these are a hit every time I bring them to a party!

 

INGREDIENTS: 

- 8 large jalapeños cut in half, de-seeded 

- 12 oz cream cheese 

- 16 slices thin bacon 

- 1 green onion diced finely 

 

INSTRUCTIONS: 

1. Slice jalapeños in half and de-seed.

2. Put cream cheese in jalapeños.

3. Sprinkle green onion and pepper on cream cheese (optional). 

4. Wrap one slice of bacon on each jalapeño.

5. Bake at 400 degrees for about 21 minutes or until bacon is crispy and golden.

6. Take out of the oven, let cool down then serve!
