King Crab Lemon Fusilli

This king crab lemon fusilli is just the right amount of fresh citrus and seafood - add fusilli pasta and fresh dill to it… every bite is just perfect // This dish was so tasty I couldn’t stop eating it hehe.

⁃ 6 garlic cloves minced

⁃ 1/2 pound large fusilli (or any pasta of your choice)

⁃ 2 cups king crab shredded into large chunks

⁃ 3 tablespoons olive oil

⁃ 1 whole lemon juice and some zest

⁃ 2 tablespoons butter

⁃ 1 cup parmesan

⁃ Salt and pepper

⁃ 1/2 cup pasta water

⁃ Fresh dill if desired

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Cook pasta per instructions.

2. In a medium pan, add oil and turn heat to medium.

3. Add garlic and lemon zest to pan and sauté for 30 seconds.

4. Add crab meat and half lemon juice, salt, pepper and butter. Cook until butter is all melted.

5. Add pasta and mixed throughly making sure crab meat is coated on pasta (pasta water if necessary).

6. Lastly, add more lemon zest, second half of lemon juice and parmesan.

7. Garnish with some fresh dill and enjoy!
