Egg Drop Soup

You guys loved the hot and sour soup so I decided to make something even more simple; E G G D R O P soup // This is easily one of the quickest and yummiest soup dishes!

INGREDIENTS:

⁃ 32oz chicken broth

⁃ 2 tablespoons finely minced ginger

⁃ 2 tablespoons cornstarch

⁃ 2 tablespoons water

⁃ 1 teaspoons garlic salt

⁃ 1 tablespoon black pepper

⁃ 3 eggs whisked

⁃ 1 teaspoon sesame oil

⁃ 3 stems green onion thinly sliced

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a boil.

2. In a small bowl combine cornstarch and water, mix well until cornstarch has all liquified.

3. Add ginger, garlic salt, black pepper and cornstarch mixture to broth. Stir for 1 minute until broth has thickened. Turn heat to medium.

4. Continue slowly stirring in a circular motion while pouring in the egg mixture little by little.

5. Turn heat off, add sesame oil and garnish with green onions.
