Spicy Asian Pasta with Pork & Mushrooms

This dish might trigger some of you and some of you will love it // I personally loved my A S I A N pasta; combining some of my favorite flavors and ingredients to make the perfect pasta for me.

INGREDIENTS:

⁃ 1 pound ground pork

⁃ 1 pound spaghetti (or any pasta of choice)

⁃ 1/2 white onion diced

⁃ 1 shallot sliced

⁃ 12 garlic cloves minced

⁃ 2 tablespoons ginger finely minced

⁃ 1 Thai chili minced (optional)

⁃ 3 heads bok choy ends cut off

⁃ 7 oz enoki mushrooms ends discarded

⁃ 5 oz brown shimrji mushrooms ended discarded

⁃ 1 tablespoon oil

⁃ 2 tablespoons butter

⁃ 3 tablespoons soy sauce (I use liquid aminos)

⁃ 1 tablespoon sesame oil

⁃ 1 teaspoon sugar

⁃ 1/2 cup parmesan

⁃ 1/2 heavy cream

⁃ Salt and pepper for taste

⁃ Green onion and cilantro for garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. In a large pan, bring heat to medium and add oil, white onion, shallot, garlic, ginger, Thai chili. Sauté for 1 minute.

2. Turn heat up high and add ground pork, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, salt and pepper. Cook until pork is throughly cooked.

3. Cook spaghetti per instructions.

4. Add mushrooms, butter, cream, parmesan and bok choy. Make sure all ingredients are combined well.

5. Add spaghetti to sauce and mix well.

6. Serve and garnish with cilantro, green onion and more Thai chilis if desired.
