If you love pasta and want to try a different twist on it, this recipe is for you! My cousin recently inspired me to make this pasta. This is definitely a unique taste with tons of flavor - the best part is, it takes so little time to make.

INGREDIENTS:

- 8oz spaghetti

- 2 sacks salted pollack roe or cod roe (usually in Japanese store but I also found it at a Korean store in the freezer section)

- 3 tablespoons cream

- 1 tablespoon water

- 2 tablespoons butter

- 2 tablespoon miso (optional)

- 1 tablespoon soy sauce (I use liquid aminos)

- 1 pack tofu skin (optional)

- Salt for noodles

- Ground black pepper

- Shredded seaweed

- Shredded shisho leaves
